To celebrate the date, we have crafted the map of You. It reflects Your beauty, vast territories and significant water bodies.. The top layer is White Oak, alternating 1/8", 3/16 and 1/4" to create 3D Relief effect. The bottom layer is 1/4" MDF for ease of installation and stability. The modules are held together by brackets and screws (included). Brackets placement diagram is also included.

Shipping Timeframe
- Manufacturing Time: All orders are custom-made and require up to 4 business days for production.
- Shipping Time: We ship all orders via DHL Express. We typically ship within 3 business days from the moment your map is made and packed for shipping.
- Delivery: once the product is shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered business days.
- We make every effort to expedite your order and ship it as soon as possible. However, during peak times and holidays, processing times may vary.
Shipping Rates and Customs Fees
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package.
- Customs and Import Taxes: we ship from our shop in Ukraine, directly to your address to minimize the cost of delivery.
- You will be responsible for paying any additional customs fees.
- For international customers, you will receive an email from DHL or your local customs authorities requesting payment to process your order through customs. There is no legal way to bypass customs. Once payment is made, your order will be processed for final delivery.

- All items are securely packed in protective materials and vacuum bag sealed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

- You may initiate a return of your map within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
