- High-Quality Craftsmanship: Our maps are made from white oak solid stock (1/8, 3/16, and 1/4” thick) glued onto MDF, stability and ease of installation ensuring they are a lasting addition to your home decor.
- Customizable: Choose from any of the 50 states or a comprehensive map of the United States. Customize the map with specific city names, landmarks, or personal messages that resonate with your experiences. We welcome enquiries for custom sizes, laser etching, wood texture or colors.
- Color Options: Available in 5 basic colors and 4 vibrant color combinations to match any decor style. Many more colors outside of the basic options are also available upon request.
- Unfinished Option: For DIY enthusiasts, we offer an unfinished option, sanded to 120 grit and ready to be stained - choose your own colors and create a truly personalized piece!
- Detailed Design: Each map features intricate detailing – each county is presented separately. Based on the size a map (our standard is 3’, 4’, or 5’ by the longer side of state), it will have different sets of laser etching – please see our options guide. Also, even though we do our best to make our product as educational as possible, it’s still a décor piece first and foremost, so some details may be slightly moved from their actual location on the map to achieve a better aesthetic appeal.

Shipping Timeframe
- Manufacturing Time: All orders are custom-made and require up to 4 business days for production.
- Shipping Time: We ship all orders via DHL Express. We typically ship within 3 business days from the moment your map is made and packed for shipping.
- Delivery: once the product is shipped, you will receive a DHL tracking number.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not considered business days.
- We make every effort to expedite your order and ship it as soon as possible. However, during peak times and holidays, processing times may vary.
Shipping Rates and Customs Fees
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package.
- Customs and Import Taxes: we ship from our shop in Ukraine, directly to your address to minimize the cost of delivery.
- You will be responsible for paying any additional customs fees.
- For international customers, you will receive an email from DHL or your local customs authorities requesting payment to process your order through customs. There is no legal way to bypass customs. Once payment is made, your order will be processed for final delivery.
Packaging
- All items are securely packed in protective materials and vacuum bag sealed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy
- You may initiate a return of your map within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at info@sncwoodmaps.store with your order number.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
